O'Neill's debut season in 2010 finished in record-breaking fashion as he took 28 wickets over the course of the summer, easily eclipsing the previous record held by Tom Paterson. Batting needs work, but who cares about that when you can shuffle up to the wicket and nip it both ways off the seam. LBW appeals are in the style of Monty Panesar, with plenty of jumping and arm waving. Mind can wander while fielding but O'Neill still caught some blinders in 2011.
